What you will do

• Partner with business owners to define requirements and identify system improvement opportunities.
• Model and optimize end-to-end business processes across multiple units.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for SAP, Salesforce, and enterprise integrations.
• Lead workshops and design sessions to align stakeholders on system capabilities.
• Drive SAP S/4HANA migration activities including functional alignment and testing.
• Manage external supplier delivery and coordinate change management cycles.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting complex business units.
• Proven hands-on experience with SAP, specifically SAP S/4HANA migration or integration.
• Strong background in requirement mapping and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Full professional proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP User Role Management.
• Dutch language proficiency.
