Salary: €4,931 – €7,043 per month

What you will do

• Align complex spatial concepts with concrete business requirements while managing diverse stakeholder expectations.
• Drive GIS adoption by enabling intuitive use of geospatial insights across the organization.
• Collaborate with GIS specialists and platform users to enrich data-driven decisions with spatial intelligence.
• Translate spatial complexity into actionable requirements for technical teams.
• Support the adoption of GIS innovations, including AI-enhanced spatial modeling.
• Bridge the gap between technical GIS capabilities and business decision-making needs.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience translating spatial complexity into solutions using GIS software such as ArcGIS.
• Strong stakeholder- and change-management skills within multidisciplinary environments.
• Solid data and geospatial literacy with experience in modeling or spatial analysis.
• Excellent storytelling and facilitation skills to engage diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in agile environments.
• Proactive and team-oriented mindset with the ability to adjust communication for different levels of maturity.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-enhanced spatial modeling or advanced analytics ecosystems.
• Previous experience in the banking or financial services sector.
