Location: Must be based in Göteborg, Växjö (Sweden) or Apeldoorn (Netherlands).

What you will do

• Monitor project portfolios and track delivery phases, capacity demand, and risks across multiple concurrent projects.
• Maintain visibility of the opportunity pipeline and provide analysis for bid/no-bid decision-making.
• Support resource and workforce planning to identify shortages or overcommitment risks.
• Develop and improve planning models, forecasting assumptions, and data quality.
• Prepare decision-making materials for senior management and the Business Council.
• Coordinate across sales, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure alignment of organizational resources.

Requirements

• Background in PMO, portfolio analysis, project coordination, or operations planning.
• Strong analytical and structuring skills with the ability to handle incomplete information.
• Demonstrated experience with planning tools, spreadsheets, and forecasting models.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Must pass security vetting in accordance with current security regulations.
• Additional citizenship requirements may apply for certain positions.
