What you will do

• Gather and document customer requirements for POS and Self-Checkout features.
• Draft epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria for cross-functional teams.
• Own solution design sessions to bridge technical and business objectives.
• Support deployment, configuration, and sanity testing of new versions.
• Analyze project defects and provide diagnosis against original requirements.
• Facilitate customer workshops and demonstrations to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Language: Native Flemish and French, Fluent English required.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical IT environment.
• Strong background in the software lifecycle, from requirements elicitation to production go-live.
• Demonstrated experience in agile project environments.
• Must be based in the Brussels area or Benelux region.
• Degree in a business discipline or equivalent experience in an IT-related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with issue management tools like Jira.
• Familiarity with hyperscalers/platforms including Azure and GCP.
• Experience in retail or professional services.
