What you will do

• Lead and coach high-performing, globally distributed platform teams.
• Partner with Product and Design to shape roadmaps for UI Foundations and the Orchestration Platform.
• Drive platform adoption through clear documentation, migration support, and predictable release cycles.
• Evolve core components including web app navigation, design systems, and event-driven automation engines.
• Strengthen operational excellence through robust incident response and reliability practices.
• Collaborate with AI Enablement teams to integrate intelligent automation into the core platform.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional development teams.
• Technical breadth across modern web platforms and distributed backend systems.
• Experience with platform or foundational engineering teams focused on stability and developer experience.
• Strong understanding of event-driven systems, orchestration, and service reliability.
• Product-minded approach to balancing platform flexibility with architectural simplicity.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and align complex technical roadmaps.

Nice to have

• Experience leading design system adoption and governance at scale.
• Experience building workflow automation platforms, such as state machines or integration ecosystems.
• Familiarity with security and compliance requirements for B2B SaaS enterprise products.
