Salary: £100,000 - £125,000 + share options up to £80,000

What you will do

• Lead engineering pods focused on core products such as AI Scribe, Care access, or Integrations.
• Translate ambitious product visions into scalable, high-quality technical solutions.
• Ensure realistic capacity planning and maintain system health to protect team focus and well-being.
• Act as a technical partner guiding engineers through complex architectural decisions.
• Collaborate across the organization to remove blockers and drive mission-critical outcomes.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in London or surrounding areas with hybrid work (office 3 days/week)
• Strong technical background in backend or system design-led environments (C#, .NET, Java experience a plus).
• Experience leading user-centric, multidisciplinary teams with close partnership to Product, UX, and Design.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical challenges into clear business strategies.
• Delivery-focused leadership in agile environments with strong coaching and talent management skills.
