What you will do

• Lead technical scoping and architectural design for concurrent digital projects.
• Deliver hands-on frontend development support using React and TypeScript.
• Champion AI initiatives including generative assistants and intelligent agents.
• Rapidly prototype and build Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate technical strategies.
• Mentor developers and foster a culture of engineering quality and continuous improvement.
• Partner with clients on proposals, technical discussions, and solution delivery.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a technology leadership role.
• Proven agency experience with direct client interaction.
• Exceptional proficiency in TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with Python or similar languages for AI/ML application contexts.
• Strong grasp of large-scale system architecture and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to work from the office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Background in mobile native or game engine technologies.
