What you will do

• Lead engineering pods focused on core products such as AI Scribe, Care access, and Integrations.
• Translate ambitious product visions into scalable technical solutions with high quality standards.
• Protect team focus and well-being through effective capacity planning and system health management.
• Act as a technical partner, guiding engineers through complex growth and architectural challenges.
• Collaborate across the organization to remove blockers and drive mission-critical outcomes.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in London or surrounding areas with hybrid work (office 3 days/week)
• Strong technical background in backend or system design-led environments (C#, .NET, Java experience a plus).
• Experience leading multidisciplinary, user-centric teams partnering with Product, UX, and Design.
• Proven ability to translate technical challenges into clear business strategies.
• Delivery-focused leadership in agile environments with strong coaching and talent management skills.
