What you will do
- Partner with Sales to maintain the health and renewal of strategic enterprise accounts.
- Lead complex customer deployment plans, coordinating tasks across multidisciplinary internal teams.
- Analyze customer utilization patterns to identify risks, opportunities, and workflow improvements.
- Conduct executive planning sessions and present performance findings to client leadership.
- Design deployment plans and workflows to meet unique clinical needs.
- Advise on implementation scopes, milestones, and contract terms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business or Health Administration.
- 5+ years of experience in a SaaS-based customer success role.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, clinical environments, and regulatory pressures.
- Proven ability to establish rapport with C-suite executives.
- Excellent project management skills for tracking large software implementations.
- Must be able to commute to a local office for hybrid requirements (8 days/month).
