TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Healthcare): Managing strategy and product utilization for clinical decision support SaaS products with an accent on enterprise-level customer engagement and healthcare workflow optimization. Focus on building long-term strategic relationships with C-suite stakeholders, leading large-scale implementation projects, and driving measurable customer outcomes in clinical environments.

Location: Hybrid (8 days/month) - Must be based in the US within 50 miles of a hirify.global office.

Salary: $98,500 - $172,700 USD

What you will do

  • Partner with Sales to maintain the health and renewal of strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Lead complex customer deployment plans, coordinating tasks across multidisciplinary internal teams.
  • Analyze customer utilization patterns to identify risks, opportunities, and workflow improvements.
  • Conduct executive planning sessions and present performance findings to client leadership.
  • Design deployment plans and workflows to meet unique clinical needs.
  • Advise on implementation scopes, milestones, and contract terms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business or Health Administration.
  • 5+ years of experience in a SaaS-based customer success role.
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, clinical environments, and regulatory pressures.
  • Proven ability to establish rapport with C-suite executives.
  • Excellent project management skills for tracking large software implementations.
  • Must be able to commute to a local office for hybrid requirements (8 days/month).

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience with clinical decision support (CDS) products.
