Focus on developing supervisory procedures, evaluating automated controls, and collaborating with Legal, Compliance, and Product teams to maintain regulatory excellence.
Location: Must work onsite in Chicago, IL; Denver, CO; Lake Mary, FL; or New York, NY with in-person attendance at least 3 days per week
Salary: $110,000–$165,000 USD depending on location

What you will do
- Create and maintain supervisory procedures to meet regulatory requirements for hirify.global Social platform.
- Review content moderation escalation cases and resolution processes for compliance.
- Manage blocklists and monitor user restrictions based on risk trends.
- Evaluate product changes and automated systems for regulatory impact.
- Develop requirements for machine learning models to identify content and trading risks.
- Provide backup coverage to Marketing Designated Principal as needed.
Requirements
- Must have FINRA Series 7 and 24 licenses and active Series 4 license or ability to obtain it.
- 5+ years experience in financial services with supervisory or compliance responsibilities, ideally related to digital content or public communications review.
- Experience evaluating regulatory risk across equities, options, futures, and crypto.
- Knowledge of consumer protection regulations and securities rules applicable to retail brokerage and social communications.
- Strong attention to detail and structured risk mitigation approach.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Legal, Compliance, Product, and Marketing teams.
