TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (Fintech): Leading product teams to develop and optimize trading systems and brokerage features with an accent on fractional order execution, market performance, and platform reliability. Location: Must be based in Chicago, IL; Menlo Park, CA; or New York, NY with 3 days per week in-office attendance required.

Salary: $129,000–$195,000 USD (based on compensation zone).

What you will do

  • Lead a cross-functional product team consisting of engineering, data science, trading, and design experts.
  • Establish product vision and priorities for trading services, including order and execution management systems.
  • Develop flexible, expert-friendly interfaces to support trading operations and troubleshooting.
  • Work cross-functionally to ship features that improve customer experience and internal efficiency.
  • Utilize research and product analytics to connect platform decision-making with customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of direct product management experience in high-quality platform products.
  • 5+ years of experience in brokerage, market-making, or institutional trading.
  • Strong ability to connect product analytics and experimentation to strategic decision-making.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
  • Must be able to work from company offices in Chicago, New York, or Menlo Park.
