Salary: USA base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT) per year: $190,000 - $240,000. USA base pay range (all other U.S. states) per year: $169,000 - $219,000

What you will do

• Develop the vision and strategy for new and existing merchant risk products.
• Drive product roadmap and own prioritization process for the Merchant Risk domain.
• Lead and guide product direction for a cross-functional team of engineering, analytics, and platform partners.
• Define product requirements, work with engineering teams in sprint planning and prioritization of user stories.
• Engage and cultivate relationships with product, engineering, and platform partners to influence shared cross-team directions and manage risks or trade-offs.
• Communicate clearly with leadership stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in Product Management
• Ability to work in a global environment across multiple locations and time zones.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable in an ambiguous matrixed organization.
• The ability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans.
• Familiarity with a highly regulated industry preferred
