Salary: $243,865—$286,900 USD annually (base)

What you will do

• Partner with Compliance, CX Operations, and Engineering to define AI-friendly procedures and approval frameworks.
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships across executive and compliance leadership.
• Define and track key metrics such as automation rate, false positive reduction, and cost savings.
• Navigate regulatory constraints including SAR confidentiality, GDPR, and AI governance policies.
• Build and lead a small product management team focused on compliance automation execution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience with significant AI/ML-powered automation and compliance technology expertise.
• Experience leading large, complex cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong technical aptitude to partner with ML engineers and understand agentic AI architectures.
• Experience in regulated environments such as fintech, banking, AML/BSA, and compliance approval processes.
• Proven ability to drive executive-level alignment and communicate with senior leadership.
• Experience managing managers or leading PM teams with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Transaction Monitoring Systems, Enhanced Due Diligence, or SAR filing processes.
• Background in Trust & Safety, Fraud, or Financial Crimes operations.
• Experience with agentic AI, LLMs, or reasoning models in production.
• Crypto, blockchain, or fintech experience.
• Experience leading programs with cost-savings or headcount reduction targets.
