What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end quarterly commission calculation process for all GTM roles.
  • Manage quarterly commission accruals and financial forecasting in partnership with the Finance team.
  • Ensure all variable compensation is audit-ready, accurate, and aligned with plan logic.
  • Collaborate with RevOps and Sales Leadership to validate quotas, attainment, and CRM data.
  • Drive process automation and evaluate compensation tooling to support organizational growth.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in Sales/GTM Compensation, Finance, or RevOps.
  • Proven track record of owning global commission cycles from end to end.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for complex financial modeling.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics like ARR, ACV, and churn.
  • Experience partnering with Finance, Sales, and Payroll departments in a high-growth environment.
  • Ability to manage sensitive data with exceptional attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with compensation automation tools like CaptivateIQ, Spiff, or Xactly.
  • Experience supporting audit-readiness or IPO-level financial controls.
  • Experience working within a truly global compensation environment.
