What you will do
- Provide personalized technical support for authentication apps, security keys, and e-ID solutions via phone and portal.
- Conduct face-to-face support sessions to physically configure hardware and software.
- Log, track, and categorize all user interactions and technical issues in ServiceNow.
- Diagnose digital hurdles including mobile compatibility and credential recovery.
- Facilitate training sessions and webinars on security best practices for large user groups.
- Identify high-complexity issues and coordinate with senior engineering teams for resolution.
Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in English and French is required.
- Familiarity with modern security methods such as MFA, mobile authenticators, and e-ID.
- Experience with enterprise ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
- Ability to demonstrate technical solutions to non-technical users in person and remotely.
- Strong interpersonal skills and patience for working with elderly audiences.
