What you will do

  • Build lasting relationships with customers by providing high-quality support across multiple communication channels.
  • Resolve customer issues including billing, account updates, and technical troubleshooting for hardware integrations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback within the CRM system.
  • Educate users on energy-saving opportunities and the benefits of sustainable energy consumption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and optimize service delivery.
  • Act as the primary advocate for the customer by providing actionable feedback to product and engineering teams.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English (written and verbal) is required.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar relevant field.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle both billing and technical issues efficiently.
  • Technically literate and comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
  • Customer-oriented mentality with high levels of empathy and communication skills.
  • Genuine interest in smart technologies and the energy transition mission.
