What you will do

- Educate users on energy-saving opportunities and the benefits of sustainable energy consumption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and optimize service delivery.
- Act as the primary advocate for the customer by providing actionable feedback to product and engineering teams.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English (written and verbal) is required.
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar relevant field.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle both billing and technical issues efficiently.
