What you will do

• Build prototypes and demos for serverless inference, MLOps, and vertical AI use cases.
• Support enterprise customers hands-on through POC design, technical onboarding, and validation.
• Research emerging applied AI techniques and turn findings into practical prototypes and product recommendations.
• Provide grounded, field-based feedback to the product roadmap based on real-world customer deployments.
• Develop reusable technical assets like notebooks, reference architectures, and benchmarks.

Requirements

• Extensive experience fine-tuning large models, debugging distributed training, and optimizing inference on GPU infrastructure.
• Deep proficiency with PyTorch, HuggingFace, CUDA fundamentals, Kubernetes for ML, and MLflow.
• Strong background in building production RAG or agentic pipelines.
• Previous experience working with enterprise ML teams in customer-facing or solutions engineering roles.
• Ability to translate complex technical tradeoffs for both ML engineering teams and executive leadership.

Nice to have

• Expertise in vertical domains such as Physical AI, robotics, HCLS, or drug discovery.
• Experience with MLOps tools at scale like Kubeflow, Metaflow, Argo, or Ray.
• Prior experience working at a cloud provider or AI infrastructure company.
• History of public technical contributions such as blog posts, talks, or open-source notebooks.
