Salary: $180,000–$247,500 USD

What you will do

• Architect production-level ML and AI workloads, including agents, pipelines, and MLOps on the hirify.global platform.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions, RAG, and agentic systems.
• Optimize AI workloads and apply MLOps best practices across various industry domains.
• Provide advanced technical support and feature engineering guidance during the technical sales process.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence product roadmaps based on customer needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on industry experience as an ML or AI Engineer.
• Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) for supporting ML production deployments.
• Proven experience with LLMs, vector databases, fine-tuning, and frameworks like LangChain or HuggingFace.
• Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline (CS, Engineering, Statistics) or equivalent practical experience.
• Must have the ability to travel up to 30% when required.
• Excellent communication skills for teaching and explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in a pre-sales or post-sales capacity.
