What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end implementation and conversion process for new continuum of care customers.
• Serve as the central point of contact for stakeholders, providing status updates on project progress and results.
• Collaborate with internal sales teams, distributors, wholesalers, and suppliers to facilitate pricing and contract connections.
• Analyze and adapt internal supply chain procedures to meet specific customer requirements.
• Monitor project deliverables and identify opportunities for contract renewal or expansion through audits.
• Communicate complex information effectively to both internal teams and external members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 2 years of experience managing projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to change priorities quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for facilitating discussions and presenting technical information.
• Proficiency in operating standard computer programs and software.
• Ability to work in a collaborative business environment and make independent decisions.
