TL;DR

Compensation: $90,000–$120,000 annually

What you will do

  • Partner with the SAP Change Enablement Director to develop and execute comprehensive communication and engagement plans.
  • Create compelling communication materials and engagement collateral aligned with project timelines.
  • Craft clear, consistent, and actionable messaging for stakeholders across various regions and personas.
  • Manage internal and external communication tools and channels to ensure effective delivery.
  • Maintain and standardize communication toolkits, templates, and playbooks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Change Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in corporate communications or change management communications.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex messages.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams and leadership levels.
  • Proven ability to manage communications for complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of graphic design software.
  • Experience with video editing software.
