What you will do

• Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations including design, configuration, and deployment.
• Manage complex Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and ensure high data integrity across modules.
• Convert business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with global integration teams.
• Identify and implement HR automation and AI solutions to optimize process scalability.
• Facilitate workshops and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles across international teams.
• Monitor quarterly releases to assess system impacts and propose enhancements to the HR roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HRIS experience with hands-on SuccessFactors configuration.
• Documented experience in full-cycle project implementations.
• Advanced English proficiency with experience in distributed global teams.
• Strong technical expertise in RBP, reporting frameworks, and testing methodologies.
• Proven learning mindset with interest in applying AI to HR technology.

Nice to have

• SAP SuccessFactors Associate or Professional certifications.
• Experience with Job Architecture or Job Profile Builder.
• Familiarity with integration tools like Integration Center, SAP CPI, or Boomi.
• Knowledge of Italian language.
