What you will do
- Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations including design, configuration, and deployment.
- Manage complex Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and ensure high data integrity across modules.
- Convert business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with global integration teams.
- Identify and implement HR automation and AI solutions to optimize process scalability.
- Facilitate workshops and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles across international teams.
- Monitor quarterly releases to assess system impacts and propose enhancements to the HR roadmap.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HRIS experience with hands-on SuccessFactors configuration.
- Documented experience in full-cycle project implementations.
- Advanced English proficiency with experience in distributed global teams.
- Strong technical expertise in RBP, reporting frameworks, and testing methodologies.
- Proven learning mindset with interest in applying AI to HR technology.
Nice to have
- SAP SuccessFactors Associate or Professional certifications.
- Experience with Job Architecture or Job Profile Builder.
- Familiarity with integration tools like Integration Center, SAP CPI, or Boomi.
- Knowledge of Italian language.
