What you will do

• Orchestrate AI agents to autonomously build and ship features from UX to database.
• Design technical guardrails and feedback loops to maximize AI agent productivity and reliability.
• Architect scalable foundational patterns for launching multi-tenant travel portals.
• Leverage AI to document and define technical specifications asynchronously.
• Collaborate with PMs to refine the product roadmap and technical vision.
• Identify code base improvements to accelerate safe and efficient AI-assisted development.

Requirements

• Proven ability to direct AI agents and automated workflows for complex system development.
• Strong product thinking anchored in customer experience.
• Experience with, or willingness to learn, distributed system development in Scala.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada.
• Ability to dive into complex code bases with high autonomy.

Nice to have

• Experience with GCP services.
• Experience building with React and TypeScript.
• Background in travel or fintech platforms.
