What you will do
- Define and execute growth marketing strategy across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments.
- Manage pipeline and revenue targets through integrated campaigns, ABM, and paid media.
- Leverage AI tools for targeting, personalization, and conversion rate optimization.
- Partner with Sales and SDR leadership to align on ICP and coordinated execution.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing growth marketing team.
- Oversee revenue forecasting, attribution modeling, and funnel performance reporting.
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with deep growth or demand generation expertise.
- 3+ years of formal people management experience.
- Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue.
- Hands-on experience implementing AI tools to improve marketing efficiency.
- Strong analytical mindset for working with complex attribution models.
- Must be authorized to work in the USA.
