What you will do

  • Develop annual demand strategy and design comprehensive plans for new business, aftermarket, and partner initiatives.
  • Lead and manage a global team of field, partner, loyalty, and event marketing managers.
  • Create integrated marketing plans that drive customer adoption and pipeline conversion across the buyer’s journey.
  • Collaborate with sales and BDR leadership to ensure alignment on pipeline goals and revenue priorities.
  • Utilize intent tools like 6Sense and Qualified to optimize account-based engagement programs.
  • Forecast, measure, and report on the impact of demand marketing activities against specific revenue-aligned KPIs.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing within the B2B cloud software industry.
  • Must be located in the United States.
  • Strong expertise in marketing content development, lead nurturing, and pipeline acceleration programs.
  • Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation tools (Marketo), and business intelligence software.
  • Proven track record of managing marketing budgets and analyzing closed-loop performance data.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
