What you will do

• Design and develop automation stories by connecting various tools via APIs
• Partner with customers through their onboarding journey to drive successful platform adoption
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to build and execute account success plans
• Act as the voice of the customer to influence product, design, and engineering roadmaps
• Provide expert technical guidance on using the platform to solve alert overload and manual process challenges
• Contribute to internal process improvement as the company scales

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as support, implementation, or professional services
• Fluency in German is required
• Experience reading API documentation and integrating services
• Background in computer science or practical experience with scripting/programming
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
• Passion for automation and helping customers achieve success without code

Nice to have

• Background in enterprise security tools
• Experience with application deployment using Docker, Fargate, or Kubernetes
