Customer Success Consultant (AI)

Location: Vienna, Austria; hybrid working. A valid Austrian work permit is required.

Salary: Minimum €48,000 gross annually.

What you will do

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise customers.
• Guide customers through proactive check-ins and help them achieve their goals with the platform.
• Lead market trend updates, workshops, roundtables, training, and best-practice activities.
• Present hirify.global's value and identify opportunities to grow customer accounts.
• Gather customer feedback and share actionable insights with the product team.
• Coordinate multiple customer projects, timelines, accounts, and customer data across tools.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in customer-facing work such as consulting or customer success.
• Experience leading complex projects for enterprise customers.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects.
• Technical confidence and comfort working with different technologies and online platforms.
• Valid work permit for Austria.
• Fluent German and English.

Nice to have

• Experience in a technical industry or environment.
• Experience or exposure to supply chain operations.
• Experience in procurement.
