What you will do
- Triage, investigate, reproduce, and resolve complex issues involving hirify.global Images.
- Escalate critical technical problems to the Engineering team.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and status updates.
- Bridge the gap between technical concepts and clear customer-facing explanations.
- Create detailed documentation and Knowledge Base articles for new issues.
- Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours, weekend, and holiday coverage.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise customers.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong background in DevOps tools including GitHub, Helm charts, and Terraform.
- Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be based in Germany or the United Kingdom.
Nice to have
- Experience with AWS EKS.
- Familiarity with security frameworks, software supply chain security, or vulnerability scanning.
- KCNA or CKA certification.
- Previous startup experience.
