Salary: €81,000–€96,000 EUR

What you will do

• Triage, investigate, reproduce, and resolve complex issues involving hirify.global Images.
• Escalate critical technical problems to the Engineering team.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and status updates.
• Bridge the gap between technical concepts and clear customer-facing explanations.
• Create detailed documentation and Knowledge Base articles for new issues.
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours, weekend, and holiday coverage.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise customers.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong background in DevOps tools including GitHub, Helm charts, and Terraform.
• Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in Germany or the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS EKS.
• Familiarity with security frameworks, software supply chain security, or vulnerability scanning.
• KCNA or CKA certification.
• Previous startup experience.
