What you will do

  • Provide multichannel support to hosts via tickets, chats, and scheduled calls.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to booking channels, calendars, automations, and messaging.
  • Prioritize time-sensitive and high-impact cases to minimize operational disruptions for hosts.
  • Document recurring issues and collaborate with Tech Services to improve the platform.
  • Ensure high satisfaction and quality standards through empathetic and accurate support.

Requirements

  • German and English fluency (C1 level) required.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in SaaS, travel, or hospitality.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical systems and workflows comfortably.
  • Reliable and flexible availability, including rotating shifts and Saturdays.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in additional European languages.
