What you will do

• Design and implement a coherent DevOps toolchain across GCP, on-prem, and multi-cloud environments.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure repeatable, fast, and low-risk releases.
• Maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform to improve consistency and reduce manual configuration.
• Improve system reliability through capacity planning, performance tuning, and resilience patterns.
• Embed security controls into designs and pipelines, focusing on IAM, secrets management, and auditability.
• Drive observability practices using Prometheus and Grafana to reduce mean time to resolution.

Requirements

• Hands-on DevOps experience in production environments.
• Strong GCP experience, including compute (VMs and serverless) and IAM.
• Proven CI/CD capability using GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
• Strong Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform.
• Solid Linux and networking fundamentals, including hybrid connectivity.
• Strong scripting and programming proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash.

Nice to have

• Experience with container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of policy-as-code and security tooling (OPA, SAST/DAST).
• Cost optimization and FinOps experience.
• Experience building internal developer platforms or paved-road approaches.
• Background in regulated environments or formal assurance frameworks.
