What you will do
- Own and expand strategic enterprise accounts by identifying opportunities and closing multi-stakeholder deals.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasting and maintain pipeline discipline to ensure revenue goals are met.
- Align hirify.global platform capabilities with the strategic technical objectives of global enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Customer Growth, and Marketing teams to maximize customer value.
- Engage C-level and senior IT decision-makers to influence large-scale digital transformations.
- Mentor peers to elevate sales excellence and provide market insights to shape go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software sales, including 5+ years of enterprise SaaS experience.
- Strong background in solution-selling to IT personas within large enterprises and the Public Sector.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and navigating complex sales cycles.
- Demonstrable experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
- Technical proficiency in using CRM and sales enablement tools like Salesforce, Clari, or Outreach.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for senior stakeholders.
