What you will do

• Create and manage email, push, and SMS templates as part of a comprehensive CRM communication strategy.
• Launch and optimize triggered and batch marketing campaigns to drive product utilization.
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce high-converting assets.
• Run A/B experiments to test hypotheses and improve conversion rates.
• Track and report on performance metrics including open rates, clicks, and revenue impact.

Requirements

• 0.5 to 1 year of experience in CRM marketing, campaigning, or related fields.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level required.
• Workday alignment: Ability to start by 2 PM (GMT+8) / 7 AM (CET).
• Confidence working with numbers, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM platforms like Braze, Mindbox, or Bloomrich.
• Basic knowledge of segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
• Basic HTML knowledge for email development.
• Background in fintech, banking, or insurance sectors.
