What you will do
- Develop and execute annual events strategy aligned with marketing and sales goals.
- Manage full lifecycle of international fintech conferences and partner-focused events.
- Create networking opportunities during major industry weeks to maximize ROI.
- Define company presence at regional and niche ecosystem events.
- Own production of digital events and webinars.
- Source and manage relationships with global vendors and organizers within budget.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Strategic Partnerships teams.
- Conduct post-event assessments to improve lead generation and ROI.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in event management or field marketing with global B2B events.
- Deep experience in fintech, payments, or crypto event planning.
- Advanced skills in marketing measurement, budget management, and collaboration.
- Logistical confidence handling tight deadlines and complex international shipping.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
