What you will do

• Administer the learning management system, including publishing events, tracking completion, and managing registrations.
• Coordinate and host virtual webinars and internal training sessions.
• Manage internal communications regarding enablement programs and training updates.
• Provide logistical and technical support for onsite training events.
• Deliver end-user support for training program issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program delivery.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in coordination or program support roles.
• Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS).
• Strong project management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with virtual meeting platforms and webinar tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a global mindset.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
