What you will do
- Develop and execute global marketing strategies for partner (IB) and institutional (B2B) segments for FXTM and hirify.global Connect brands.
- Manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, including events and industry conferences.
- Create sales enablement materials, toolkits, brochures, and webinars to support partner engagement.
- Lead the design and content strategy for the hirify.global Connect website and B2B digital channels.
- Implement CRM/SCRM journeys to optimize the onboarding and retention of institutional prospects.
- Collaborate with Dealing, Product, and Digital Marketing teams to monitor performance metrics and optimize campaign ROI.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B or partner marketing, preferably within the financial services or Forex sector.
- Strong understanding of regional nuances in global growth markets such as Greater China, SEA, Africa, and MENA.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese is required.
- Deep knowledge of the IB/partner business model and retail trading user experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in utilizing analytics to refine marketing strategies.
