What you will do

  • Define and execute country-specific marketing and demand-generation strategies for the UAE.
  • Launch and evaluate multi-channel marketing campaigns against established KPIs.
  • Conduct market research to ensure cultural and ethical alignment during regional penetration.
  • Coordinate marketing projects and support exhibition and event activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to optimize ongoing activities.
  • Monitor and implement current industry marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Business.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
  • English: Outstanding communication skills required.
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and marketing analytics.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a target-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Location: Must be based in or able to commute to the office in Dubai.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the fintech or online trading sectors.
  • Proficiency in the Arabic language.
  • Strong project management background.
