What you will do

• Drive regional growth across markets, owning the full marketing mix and performance analysis.
• Lead localization efforts, adapting communication assets for cultural and language relevance.
• Collaborate with the Growth Marketing team to optimize digital performance across Meta, Google, and Snap.
• Identify, negotiate, and activate partnerships with regional influencers, athletes, and sports clubs.
• Plan and execute offline activations to elevate brand presence and generate high-impact product experiences.
• Secure and maximize media coverage in premium regional outlets to enhance brand visibility and credibility.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or project management for a high-growth D2C brand.
• Proven track record managing both offline activations and digital performance campaigns.
• High-energy, resourceful, and fast-moving.
• Strong brand affinity with a local network in sports, wellness, biohacking, and tech communities.
• Self-starter who excels at building and owning initiatives from scratch with minimal oversight.
• Exceptional communicator with a proactive mindset and collaborative spirit.
