What you will do
- Define and execute regional marketing and communications strategies aligned with global business goals.
- Manage the digital ecosystem, including website governance, SEO strategy, and social media presence.
- Build a scalable content engine for high-impact assets like case studies, press releases, and thought leadership.
- Produce sales enablement materials such as pitch decks and capability frameworks to support commercial teams.
- Partner with HR to define and activate the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and lead employer brand initiatives.
- Develop a marketing measurement framework to track digital performance, campaign ROI, and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading B2B marketing, brand, and communications strategy.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, including website ownership, SEO, and social media content strategy.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to build measurement dashboards and tie marketing activity to outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience in high-quality content development and sales enablement creation.
- Operational excellence in managing budgets, vendor relations, and production workflows.
- Arabic speaker preferred.
