What you will do

  • Define and execute regional marketing and communications strategies aligned with global business goals.
  • Manage the digital ecosystem, including website governance, SEO strategy, and social media presence.
  • Build a scalable content engine for high-impact assets like case studies, press releases, and thought leadership.
  • Produce sales enablement materials such as pitch decks and capability frameworks to support commercial teams.
  • Partner with HR to define and activate the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and lead employer brand initiatives.
  • Develop a marketing measurement framework to track digital performance, campaign ROI, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading B2B marketing, brand, and communications strategy.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, including website ownership, SEO, and social media content strategy.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to build measurement dashboards and tie marketing activity to outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience in high-quality content development and sales enablement creation.
  • Operational excellence in managing budgets, vendor relations, and production workflows.
  • Arabic speaker preferred.
