What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring value realization and increasing product adoption.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with senior stakeholders, including executive-level communication.
- Serve as the primary customer advocate and liaison between clients and internal product, sales, and professional services teams.
- Create and drive Joint Success Plans aligned with customer business objectives and digital transformation goals.
- Prioritize and orchestrate the resolution of customer issues as the primary escalation point.
- Contribute to the refinement of success playbooks and drive process innovation within the team.
Requirements
- Korean language proficiency (Native) and strong English skills required.
- 7+ years of experience in consulting, customer success, or technical account management.
- Proven track record managing enterprise-level portfolios with ARR ranging from $200k to multi-million.
- Strong ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders up to C-level.
- Experience with integration platforms (iPaaS) or business automation domains.
- Educational background: BS or equivalent.

- Background in SI or top-tier consulting firms.
