Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience (or Bachelor's with 5+ years / Master's with 4+ years).
• Proven background in the PC gaming market and understanding of broader PC industry trends.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into accessible customer-facing collateral.
• Experience working directly with customers in a problem-solving or consulting capacity.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Mandarin and experience working with the PC market in the People's Republic of China.
• Strong background in customer experience design.
