What you will do

• Own global social strategy across platforms like X, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Build and execute content calendars tied to game roadmaps, live ops beats, and franchise moments
• Lead creative direction for social content including copy, video, and community-focused materials
• Serve as a primary voice in Discord, fostering a healthy and engaged player community
• Translate complex game updates into clear, actionable communication for players
• Use analytics and social listening tools to refine content strategy and track community health

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of experience in social media, community management, or digital content strategy within gaming or entertainment
• Deep familiarity with gaming communities and player culture
• Strong knowledge of the Star Trek franchise
• Proven experience managing Discord or similar real-time platforms
• Excellent written communication skills with ability to shift tone across diverse channels
