What you will do
- Lead end-to-end RFI/RFP processes and manage commercial documentation including NDAs and SaaS agreements.
- Support legal assessments and contract management for active commercial projects.
- Drive business development by growing strategic partnerships and exploring niche market segments.
- Conduct pre-sales demos, manage discovery calls, and lead negotiations for deal closing.
- Support customer deployment and onboarding, specifically for AI-powered solution components.
- Facilitate feedback loops between customer insights and the internal product development team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, commercial operations, or B2B/SaaS customer-facing roles.
- Strong understanding of software ecosystems and digital solution delivery.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools in daily workflows is mandatory.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and accounts concurrently.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with C-level stakeholders.
- Ability to travel for customer and partner engagements as needed.
