Focus on automation and AI implementation to reduce toil & create efficiency and additional capacity.

Location: Remote within the UK or Germany or from one of the offices in London or Munich.

What you will do

• Own the development and continuous improvement of carrier integrations.
• Oversee new carrier integration/activation from initial kick-off to final pull request.
• Manage incoming alerts and communication with the customer team and the respective carrier.
• Define and align new carrier status codes with internal status model.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of business analysts, developers, internal stakeholders, and customers to deliver high-value outcomes.
• Work on Projects within the team to continuously improve status quo.

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in a Technical Business Analyst or equivalent position.
• Ability to prioritize and execute work that delivers clear business value, aligning with product and company goals.
• Engage with customers to understand their setups and ensure tailored, high-quality carrier integrations.
• Experience and knowledge in creating automated processes and implementing AI to reduce toil & create efficiency.
• Strong capability to manage carrier onboarding and client setups, providing transparent communication and ensuring seamless go-lives.
• Good understanding of APIs, systematic Infrastructure and able to read + understand code — plus hands-on experience with tools like Postman.
• English: Fluent, precise English in both written and verbal communication.

• Previous hands-on experience working directly with carriers.
• Strong self-motivation and a willingness to learn and adapt.
