What you will do

• Define and drive PRO strategy, OKRs, and key initiatives in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Partner across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Analytics to ensure alignment and execution of commercial goals.
• Lead high-impact cross-functional projects and translate complex topics into clear recommendations.
• Develop and expand the value proposition for professional sellers by analyzing market trends and user needs.
• Build and improve scalable processes such as onboarding, prioritization, and knowledge management.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in strategic business development, strategy, or a comparable role.
• Proven ability to break down complex business challenges into actionable go-to-market plans.
• Strong project management and lateral leadership skills.
• English proficiency required, German skills are a plus.
• Comfort with data-driven decision-making and interest in AI-enhanced operational workflows.

• Experience with SMBs or platform businesses.
• Experience with B2B sales cycles.
