• Support delivery of complex, end-to-end transformation initiatives within the banking sector.
• Own specific workstreams related to digital platform modernization and operational redesign.
• Develop strategic plans and governance models to enable enterprise-wide transformation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and co-create tailored client solutions.
• Present strategic recommendations and insights to senior stakeholders.
• Drive internal value through business development and people development initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in business management, process improvement, or financial services consulting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management (Master's preferred).
• Proven experience in project management and delivering complex business process improvements.
• Experience in leveraging AI and GenAI to automate processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
