What you will do

  • Drive strategic enterprise-wide sales initiatives and generate new business within existing accounts and new markets.
  • Develop and execute long-term account strategies aligned with customer business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain deep relationships with key customer stakeholders and C-Level executives.
  • Coordinate internal resources to ensure strategic alignment and meet complex customer business needs.
  • Articulate clear, value-based ROI statements for proposed solutions.
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement consistently.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Software Sales.
  • Strong background in large enterprise accounts, ideally within the Financial Services industry.
  • Proven track record as a hunter with consistent quota attainment.
  • Expertise in complex, long-cycle solution selling.
  • Ability to lead virtual teams and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional fluency in English and Portuguese to support the Brazilian market.
