What you will do
- Oversee and expand a portfolio of strategic client accounts across global markets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships through deep understanding of client business needs.
- Execute upselling and cross-selling strategies to maximize revenue from existing partnerships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery of payment solutions.
- Provide regional market insights to influence broader sales and account management strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events and through professional networking channels.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales or account management experience, preferably within the fintech or tech sector.
- Proven track record in successful upselling and cross-selling within established accounts.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Established business network and experience in strategic partnership development.
- English proficiency required, additional languages are considered a plus.
