What you will do

  • Oversee and expand a portfolio of strategic client accounts across global markets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships through deep understanding of client business needs.
  • Execute upselling and cross-selling strategies to maximize revenue from existing partnerships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery of payment solutions.
  • Provide regional market insights to influence broader sales and account management strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events and through professional networking channels.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales or account management experience, preferably within the fintech or tech sector.
  • Proven track record in successful upselling and cross-selling within established accounts.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Established business network and experience in strategic partnership development.
  • English proficiency required, additional languages are considered a plus.
