What you will do

• Lead full-cycle technical recruiting for critical roles including Software, AI/ML, and Data Engineers.
• Partner with engineering leadership to define hiring strategies and candidate profiles.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing plans to build pipelines of passive talent.
• Conduct high-volume daily recruiter screens to assess technical background and cultural fit.
• Manage end-to-end interview processes, ensuring high-quality candidate experiences and structured feedback.
• Drive offer negotiations and lead hiring teams toward data-driven talent decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years (Senior) or 8+ years (Lead) of technical recruiting experience.
• Must be able to work from the NYC office 2-3 days/week.
• Proven success recruiting for engineering roles, particularly in high-growth environments.
• Deep understanding of modern tech stacks (backend, distributed systems, AI, infrastructure).
• Experience with modern ATS platforms such as Greenhouse or Lever.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to partner effectively with engineering leaders.
