What you will do
- Lead and execute global licensing sales strategy aligned with corporate objectives.

- Manage and mentor a global licensing team fostering accountability and collaboration.
- Provide market insights to influence licensing program design and pricing strategies.

Requirements
- Must be located in or able to work from the United States, preferably San Francisco.
- Proven track record in closing multi-million-dollar global licensing deals and exceeding revenue targets.
- Deep expertise in SEP/FRAND licensing, international patent law, and royalty negotiations.
- Experience leading global, cross-cultural teams across multiple time zones.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and executive presence.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and financial modeling tools.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree such as JD, MBA, or technical MS/PhD.
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.
