Salary: $295,000 - $366,000 (San Francisco/Bay Area base range)

What you will do

  • Lead and execute global licensing sales strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth and expand market presence across diverse technology verticals and geographies.
  • Lead complex, high-stakes negotiations with major global accounts and strategic licensees.
  • Manage and mentor a global licensing team fostering accountability and collaboration.
  • Provide market insights to influence licensing program design and pricing strategies.
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with C-level decision-makers and represent the company at industry forums.

Requirements

  • Must be located in or able to work from the United States, preferably San Francisco.
  • Proven track record in closing multi-million-dollar global licensing deals and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Deep expertise in SEP/FRAND licensing, international patent law, and royalty negotiations.
  • Experience leading global, cross-cultural teams across multiple time zones.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and executive presence.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and financial modeling tools.

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree such as JD, MBA, or technical MS/PhD.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.
