What you will do

  • Design, document, and continuously optimize end-to-end sales processes across segments and geographies.
  • Standardize pipeline stages, qualification frameworks, forecasting methodologies, and KPIs.
  • Translate company growth objectives into structured sales motions and execution plans.
  • Identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions to improve conversion rates and sales cycle time.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to embed process changes into training and playbooks.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations and systems teams to ensure CRM workflows accurately reflect business processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, or Revenue Operations.
  • Proven experience designing sales processes in a recurring revenue or SaaS environment.
  • Deep familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable process improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
