What you will do
- Design, document, and continuously optimize end-to-end sales processes across segments and geographies.
- Standardize pipeline stages, qualification frameworks, forecasting methodologies, and KPIs.
- Translate company growth objectives into structured sales motions and execution plans.
- Identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions to improve conversion rates and sales cycle time.
- Partner with Sales Enablement to embed process changes into training and playbooks.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations and systems teams to ensure CRM workflows accurately reflect business processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, or Revenue Operations.
- Proven experience designing sales processes in a recurring revenue or SaaS environment.
- Deep familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and sales analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable process improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
