Salary: $99,000–$155,000

What you will do

  • Manage the full service engagement lifecycle from initial sales assistance and contracting through to delivery and final sign-off.
  • Lead implementation teams and manage staff resourcing to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Create and maintain all project documentation, including scopes of work, budgets, risk registers, and status reports.
  • Provide strategic guidance on solution impact and recommend approaches to mitigate delivery risks.
  • Identify opportunities for incremental value and partner with commercial teams to expand client engagement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant project management experience, including at least 4 years working for a software vendor in a customer-facing role.
  • At least 2 years of experience in delivering SaaS-based solutions.
  • Certified in ITIL Methodology.
  • Proven track record of leading the deployment of complex enterprise solutions in multi-vendor environments.
  • 4-year degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Ability to travel as required.

  • PMI-Project Manager Professional Certification.
